Friction welding heat sink is a heat sink used for high-power heat dissipation, and its size exceeds the size limit of a profile heat sink. Two profile heat sinks are welded together using friction welding technology to form a large-sized and ultra wide body heat sink, which we call a friction welding heat sink.
